You're not locked into a proprietary platform that limits what you can do or charges you more as you grow. Any developer can work on it in the future, though most of our clients don't need to look elsewhere.

Copywriting is available as an add-on and priced per page. Most clients provide their own content — you know your business better than anyone — and we provide guidance on structure and messaging. If writing isn't your thing, we can handle it. We'll scope it during discovery so the cost is clear before work begins.

Most projects complete in 3–6 weeks. The biggest variable is content — the faster you can provide copy, photos, and any other materials we need, the faster your site launches. We'll give you a clear content checklist at kickoff so nothing stalls unexpectedly.

The Full Build covers up to 8 pages, which handles most small business sites. If you need more, we'll scope it during discovery and give you a custom quote. Larger projects are not a problem — they just need to be priced accurately upfront.

E-Commerce is available as an add-on starting at $700 on top of either the Refresh or Full Build package. We use WooCommerce, which integrates with Stripe and PayPal and covers products, services, bookings, and digital downloads. We'll scope the store setup during discovery based on what you're selling.

After launch support ends, we offer a monthly website maintenance retainer starting at $99/month. It covers plugin and security updates, backups, minor content changes, and priority support. Most clients move onto a retainer — it's the best way to protect your investment and keep the site running well long-term.

That's what revision rounds are for — and why every build starts with a mood board and visual direction before a single page is designed. You sign off on the direction before we build anything. If something isn't right, we fix it. We don't launch sites clients aren't happy with.

Once your deposit is paid, you'll receive an onboarding form that covers your goals, brand assets, content, and any existing site access we need. The more complete your content is at kickoff, the faster we move. We'll tell you exactly what we need and when — nothing will stall waiting on us.

You'll have one point of contact throughout the entire project — from the first conversation through launch. No being handed off between departments, no wondering who's responsible for what. One person, fully accountable for your build.
